Candidates are selected through a structured recruitment process based on educational background, physical fitness, communication skills, and overall suitability for security responsibilities.
Educational Qualification
- Preference for candidates with 10th Standard or above for Security Guard positions
- Preference for 12th Standard to Graduate level candidates for Supervisor roles
- Former Home Guards, Civil Defence personnel and Ex-Service personnel receive additional preference
- Previous experience in security services is an advantage
Physical Requirements
- Height: Above 170 cm (5'7")
- Weight: 55 kg to 80 kg
- Physically fit and capable of handling security responsibilities
